Laser Tattoo Removal

Laser tattoo removal is a safe and effective treatment that removes tattoos of different sizes and colours.

Laser treatment will effectively remove almost all tattoos but this cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the size of tattoos and the colours (some colours have proven to be particularly difficult to remove) some tattoos can be removed more easily and than others.

Laser tattoo removal works by breaking up the ink particles into very tiny fragments which are easily absorbed by the skin.

Tattoo-removing cream

This is a relatively new treatment which takes the form of a cream that is injected in a similar way to the original tattoo.

It is injected via a device which looks very similar to a tattoo gun and is called a micro-pigmentation pen.

The cream binds together with the pigments of the tattoo and draws this ink up to the surface of the skin.

As the skin heals, it rejects the cream and pushes this onto the surface of the skin where it then forms a scab. This scab drops off after two to three weeks.
