3 tbsp of rice (40g raw,120g cooked)
3 tbsp pasta or noodles (40g raw,150g cooked)
2-3 ryvita or cracker biscuits

2 slices of bread
50g lean red meat (no more than twice a week)
70-80g white meat and poultry;
100g fish
2 eggs (no more than 4 a week)
5 tbsp breakfast cereal (30-40g)
40g hard cheese (small match box size) or 60g reduced fat cheese
2 heaped tbsp (100g) low fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp or 1 triangle of low fat soft cheese
3 tbsp (100g) beans or pulses
2-3 tbsp oats
100g soya or tofu
