I have been attending the Bournemouth branch of NCC since the beginning of this year. I have had Botox treatments to my face and underarms, Juvederm fillers to my face, permanent makeup tattooing to eyes and lips and accent treatment to two areas of my body.

I can honestly say that coming for treatments are the highlight of my week! Everyone is so wonderful, friendly, welcoming and always professional in the extreme. The fabulous Michelle heads up the clinic and is warm and attentive on arrival. Janine and Sarah manage the front desk but always go the extra mile for clients, making us feel that we are the most important person at that given time. Theresa is an expert practitioner and carries out her work faultlessly and Dr Kirova is a one off - a perfectionist and an aesthetic artist!

When I leave the clinic after a treatment, yes my face does hurt - but from laughter and smiling so much! Keep up the good work all of you, I am so grateful for you all!
