If you are trying to lose weight, this calculator could be the answer, as it will determine how many calories you should eat on a daily basis.

Calories are a measure of energy, so the amount of energy you exert in doing an activity is measured by the calories burn rate.

On average, men are recommended a daily calorie intake of 2500 calories and for women, 2000 kcal. For children aged 7-10, the estimated average requirement is 1970 kcal for boys and 1740 kcal for girls.

This calculator will use your age, weight and your daily activity levels to show you safe levels of calorie reduction, in order to lose weight safely.
